Notary Public on the Isle of Wight
I am an English Notary Public based on the Isle of Wight serving the whole Island community – individuals and businesses/companies. I have been a Notary Public since 1988. I am a former Solicitor having retired from that profession and as a partner in Glanvilles Damant Legal Services on 31 March 2020.
As a Notary Public I witness and certify all types of legal documents for use abroad and in Scotland
and Northern Ireland but not for use in England and Wales, For example:
- Buying and selling land and houses
- Witnessing Wills
- Commercial contracts and documents
- Certifying Identity documents
- Witnessing Affidavits, sworn statements and Declarations
I do not
- Sign ID forms (including Land Registry forms) for use in England and Wales
- Provide any services relating to Conveyancing or Wills and Probate within England and Wales
